Economic Development Authority
The Clarkfield Economic Development Authority strives to promote the economic growth and development of the commercial, residential, and industrial needs of the community.
The EDA currently has multiple roles within the community of Clarkfield:
- Owner and operator of sixteen 2-bedroom duplexes within Clarkfield.
- Gap financier to the business community of Clarkfield
- Property owner of multiple for-sale locations in Clarkfield including the historical downtown bank, prime railroad adjacent land, and shovel ready acreage in industrial park.
The Clarkfield EDA is comprised of a seven-member board that meets monthly.
