Renting an EDA Apartment

Our EDA owned apartments are two-bedroom and include attached garage, washer and dryer hookups, refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher. The rent is due on the 1st each month at $595, damage deposit is $595. Any pet will have to be approved by the EDA Board, an additional $50 will be put towards the damage deposit, and $50 per pet per month for rent.
Mail applications, with $35 application fee, check or money order to PO Box 278 Clarkfield, MN 56223. Or drop off at the City Office located at 812 10th Ave, Suite 1. we accept cash, money order, or check in the office.
