Increased Utility Usage
If you are wondering why your utility bill is higher than usual, please consider the following items:
- Holidays | Keep in mind extra company means more water used.
- Leaks | A continuous drip or leak adds up over time. Check your toilets, sinks, or outside faucets.
- Warmer Weather | Warmer weather means more shows, baths, and outside water usage
- Water Softeners | Some water softeners use between 200 – 400 gallons each time they are set to regenerate. A water softener should regenerate approximately every other week for a family of four.
