Building permits can be picked up at the Clarkfield City Administration Office or downloaded from the links below.

There is information that is needed when filling out the building permit application:

  • Total cost of the project | labor, materials, etc
  • Contractor information | Name, address, license number
  • Specifications for projects outside the scope of resides, reroofs, and windows

The cost of the building permit is based on the total cost of the project.
