Who maintains sidewalks? The property owner is responsible for the sidewalk and parking areas. 

Tree limbs have fallen, who is responsible and where do they go? The Public Works Department is responsible for all trees on the boulevards and in the parks. Limbs that fall on private property are the responsibility of the owner. There are certain instances where Public Works will pick up limbs from households or businesses such as; storms that cause extensive tree damage or the spring branch pick up. If you ever have any questions regarding limbs, you may call the office at 669-4435. The Clarkfield Tree Dump Site is located Southeast of Clarkfield. Take County Road 24 passed Prairie Grain, first right on 425th Street.

It is snowing, when will my street be plowed? The city plows go out when 2 inches of snow has fallen.

What utility service is provided by the City of Clarkfield? The Water and Sewer are provided by the City of Clarkfield, for service requests or more information visit the Administration Office.
